Private Chef - Coastal American-Caribbean Fusion
Enjoy classic coastal American fare infused with Caribbean flavors in this private chef experience. Chef Brian begins the meal with traditional Maryland crab cakes fried crispy and served with a paprika mayonnaise of his own creation. Next, try chicken thighs char-broiled with Jamaican jerk seasoning drizzled with ginger sauce and a side of vegetable rice. Indulge in a sweet potato banana pie with a dollop of homemade whipped cream for dessert.
