Start with decadent crab-stuffed portobello mushrooms before enjoying a delightfully juicy citrus-marinated steak seared to perfection and served alongside buttery lobster tail and garlic broccolini. Cleanse your palate with a refreshing arugula-strawberry salad before sinking your spoon into a sweet coconut milk panna cotta topped with perfectly ripe tropical fruit.

Chef Jamaal is a passionate culinary professional. He is a wonderful chef to learn from and will walk you through step by step on the process of a dish. One thing he enjoys about being a chef is he loves to see the smiles on his guests' faces after that first bite.

Chef Jamaal, who graduated with a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Houston has more than 15 years of experience working in a variety of establishments across the country, having excelled in every position, from busser to sous chef to general manager. He knows his way around a kitchen, inside and out and love to use his outstanding culinary artistry and passion for great food to create unforgettable dining and cooking experiences.
