Leave the reservations behind and book a table at home for this private chef experience with Chef Daniel. He'll prepare a meal that blends the best of both land and sea. Start with a grilled Caesar salad before enjoying tender filet mignon and fresh lobster tail, with seared scallops and butternut squash flan on the side. A deconstructed peach cobbler awaits you for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I would not recommend at all. We have utilized Cozymeal in the past and had an amazing experience so I bought this as a gift for my in-laws. Daniel cancelled our first scheduled experience but we gave him an opportunity to reschedule. We did not hear communication from him and when followed up on he said he wouldn’t be able to make it because “he didn’t put it on his calendar and had work so he wouldn’t make it.” I requested a refund and would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

This class never took place. It was cancelled by Chef for the 2nd time a couple days prior to the class being scheduled.

Chef Daniel is simply amazing!! This was a Christmas gift for four of my grandchildren and he knocked it out of the park. He made it a fun experience while teaching them the skills to successfully achieve the results on their own. He gave them the confidence to tackle food creations that seemed daunting. Side note; it was all delicious! Much laughter, joy, pride and “when can we do another class?”

Growing up in his father’s restaurant, Chef Daniel fell in love with cooking and rose to the level of executive chef by age 16. After attending Le Cordon Bleu, he worked in 5-star hotels and country clubs, earning two prestigious James Beard Awards among other accolades. With decades devoted to the culinary arts, Chef Daniel is excited to share the techniques, tips and tales he has accumulated over the years.
