Enjoy a gourmet meal infused with classic ingredients from both Mexico and Spain.

In this private chef experience, enjoy a blend of Mexican and Spanish dishes influenced by Chef Kindra’s culture and family recipes. Begin with sopa de tortilla brimming with pulled chicken and fried tortillas. Next, enjoy paella with a mixture of seafood, meat and fresh vegetables, and a colorful tortilla salad on the side mixed with a creamy lime juice dressing. End with crispy apple taquitos drizzled with caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Kindra, who has been in the culinary industry for over 10 years, is also an accomplished integrated health practitioner with a background in reiki, aromatherapy and is a master herbalist, to name a few. Currently working as a sous chef, she is sharpening her kitchen knowledge and technique constantly as she prepares curated recipes from scratch. A few of Chef Kindra's favorite dishes to make include classic pasta and handcrafted pizza as well as Mediterranean fare.
