In this private chef experience, enjoy a blend of Mexican and Spanish dishes influenced by Chef Kindra’s culture and family recipes. Begin with sopa de tortilla brimming with pulled chicken and fried tortillas. Next, enjoy paella with a mixture of seafood, meat and fresh vegetables, and a colorful tortilla salad on the side mixed with a creamy lime juice dressing. End with crispy apple taquitos drizzled with caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
