Southern cooking is legendary for its proprietary blend of culinary magic, and this private chef experience with Chef Ridic brings the enchantment your way. Enjoy a selection that includes crawfish egg rolls, gumbo featuring chicken and Andouille sausage, and chicken étouffée studded with holy trinity, a combination of onions, celery and bell peppers. Cleanse your palate with orange sorbet before diving into freshly made beignets for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Ridic showed me how to make a roux for a gumbo. I had no idea there were several different kinds of rouxs. Learning how to make sauces and roux are something I have been trying to gain more skills and knowledge on. Thanks Chef Ridic for helping me with this.

We had a wonderful time cooking with Chef Ridic! He was very accommodating of one of the food allergies and we learned so many new cooking techniques. Such a fun time and delicious menu!

Really fun evening. Food was delicious. Our family of 4 enjoyed the ”layered” flavors of our Spanish themed meal. As for Chef, he was easy to talk to. He explained everything and let us to do the work with helpful advice along the way. Our two teenage sons did the majority of the cooking. Fun!
