Dine on a surf and turf feast in this private chef experience with Chef Jazmine. Begin with pan-seared scallops seasoned with garlic and white wine. For your main course, enjoy a juicy filet or New York strip steak and savory lobster tail served with purple potatoes, butternut squash and tender orzo. Then, relish in Brussels sprouts studded with candied bacon, jalapeños and apples. End your meal by indulging in a creamy bourbon chocolate cake drizzled with raspberry purée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

By assisting her family and creating her own dishes, she found her place in the kitchen, a tradition she shares with her own children. She prides herself on her leadership, having held positions from sous chef to executive cook. With a genuine passion for cuisine, Chef Jazmine aspires to provide peak moments for every guest.
