Private Chef - Steak and Lobster Surf and Turf
Dine on a surf and turf feast in this private chef experience with Chef Jazmine. Begin with pan-seared scallops seasoned with garlic and white wine. For your main course, enjoy a juicy filet or New York strip steak and savory lobster tail served with purple potatoes, butternut squash and tender orzo. Then, relish in Brussels sprouts studded with candied bacon, jalapeños and apples. End your meal by indulging in a creamy bourbon chocolate cake drizzled with raspberry purée.
