In this private chef experience, Chef Brian brings the bold spices of the Caribbean to classic dishes from the American Northeast. Begin with jumbo lump Maryland crab cakes finished with the chef’s original touch. For the main course, the chef will prepare broiled jerk chicken thighs with colorful, spiced sides. Dessert is a sweet potato and banana pie topped with rich Grand Marnier whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
