Private Chef - Gourmet Steakhouse Surf and Turf
Let Chef William treat you to a gourmet steakhouse experience with this elegant surf and turf menu. Start your chef-made meal with a spinach salad topped with a poached egg and savory bacon. Then it's time for the main course: Smoked crab, delicate shrimp croquettes and a tender, made-to-order ribeye steak. Enjoy buttered potatoes tossed with fresh herbs and garlic on the side. Then for dessert, indulge in a crisp apple turnover made with toasted phyllo dough and served with vanilla cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
