In this private chef experience, Chef Katelin presents a progressive vegetarian menu featuring fresh produce, aromatic herbs and spices that will surprise and delight the taste buds. Begin with a savory appetizer of stuffed mushrooms followed by a bright apple and walnut salad. A hearty Tuscan white bean skillet with garlic crostini accompanied by honey-roasted Brussels sprouts is the centerpiece of your meal. For dessert, the chef will prepare elegant red wine poached pears with warm spices.
