A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with honors, she has studied Italian cuisine in Italy, worked as a cook at world-famous theme parks and prepared dishes for crowds as a catering chef. Her cooking style is relaxed, yet precise, and is always a hit with guests. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and skills with aspiring chefs and gourmets alike.
