In this private chef experience, Chef Katelin highlights the sophisticated techniques and signature flavor profiles of French cooking. Begin with a classic appetizer of brie en croute with brown sugar, spices and pecans, followed by a fresh butter lettuce salad with briny capers, peppery radishes and a classic vinaigrette. The main course is a rich and creamy chicken fricassee with traditional herbs and vegetables. For dessert, indulge in an iconic crème brûlée.
