Private Chef - Fresh and Fragrant Thai
In this private chef experience, Chef Annie highlights the bright flavors of Thai cuisine with colorful produce and fragrant spices. Begin with creamy tom kha gai soup followed by a classic Thai salad topped with peanuts and sesame dressing. For the main course, the chef will prepare an aromatic steamed snapper with couscous and bok choy. Finish with homemade coconut ice cream, caramelized mango and crisp ginger tuile.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
