In this private chef experience, enjoy bold flavors inspired by global cuisines. Begin with an amuse-bouche of cherry tomatoes with smoky bacon followed by a Thai-spiced crab and corn appetizer. Fresh squash noodles with nutty pesto makes a vibrant segue to the main course, classic beef Wellington with port wine reduction. Finish the meal with an English dessert, Eton mess — a mixture of berries, whipped cream and meringue.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
