Private Chef - Modern Asian Fusion
In this private chef experience, Chef Blake presents classic dishes with a contemporary twist. Begin with hot and sour soup with shiitake mushrooms and silky tofu followed by the rich umami of tamari-marinated eggs. Showcasing signature flavors of Thailand, the main course is a savory chicken satay with peanut sauce. Inspired by sushi and Korean bibimbap, sesame soba noodles are topped with seared ahi tuna, wasabi mayonnaise and pickled radishes to round out this Asian fusion meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
