Ring in the new year with a proper gourmet feast courtesy of Chef Blake.
Get the party started with this elevated New Year's feast, skillfully prepared by Chef Blake. Start with an exquisite appetizer before selecting a tender herbed pork roast or hearty vegetarian mushroom Wellington for your entrée, served with your choice of sides such as Brussels sprouts with bacon lardons and walnuts or colorful baked ratatouille. For dessert, indulge in a silky crème brûlée or decadent chocolate mousse.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
