Chef Nicola will prepare a flavorful brunch feast for you and your guests in this private chef experience. Wake up your palate with a creamy yogurt parfait swirled with fruit, granola and honey. Next, enjoy tomato bruschetta avocado toast topped with a poached egg, and eggs Benedict with pulled BBQ chicken layered on homemade cornbread and topped with a poached egg and BBQ hollandaise sauce. End brunch with a refreshing açaí bowl topped with a peanut butter and Nutella drizzle.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Nicola's menu offerings are a master class in fine dining! Some of my personal favorite Chef Nicola dishes include her chicken francaise, a meal that is leagues and bounds above your typical Italian restaurant fare. Chef Nicola's side dishes are also far beyond expectations - especially love her inspired takes on apple slaw, mashed potatoes, risotto, and sweet potatoes. Notably, Chef Nicola's fresh pasta is a perfect addition to any meal. Chef Nicola easily varies her menu, featuring both expertly cooked meats and vegan twists on classic dishes. Desserts made by Chef Nicola are also sure to delight and impress - Chef Nicola's talents are simply the best!

I have had many meals from chef nicola and all have been delicious! One of my favorites is her steak marinated and cooked perfectly with a side of baked Mac and cheese.
Chef Nicola discovered her love for cooking as a child while helping her father with his catering business. After graduating with a degree in culinary and food science nutrition, she began a catering business of her own. Chef Nicola’s meals are full of flavor and highlight natural ingredients without using any artificial elements. Her goal is to give guests a space to experience food to the fullest.
