Journey from the Alps to the Ionian Sea with Italian cooking by Chef Monica.

In this private chef experience, discover authentic dishes highlighting the regional ingredients and styles from northern and southern Italian cuisines. Chef Monica shares the stories behind each dish, reflecting the traditions, ingredients and history of the various regions. Explore what the Italians eat while enjoying traditional dishes, from hearty Trentino-Alto Adige jacket potatoes to rich ossobuco Milanese from Lombardia. For dessert, indulge in a chef’s favorite: A cold and creamy Calabrian ice cream truffle.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Monica was fantastic. Prepared everything, answered all our questions, made fantastic food, explained the dishes, and left the area as clean (or better) than she found it! Definitely recommend Chef Monica!

We enjoyed a beautiful 6-course meal with Chef Monica to celebrate my mother's 70th bday, and she was wonderful! All fresh, organic ingredients; a specially created menu to meet my mother's dietary needs (no sugar, lower carb); and Monica was lovely to speak with throughout the evening and left the kitchen clean and tidy. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Absolutely amazing!! Chef Monica was able to customize a menu that fit exactly what I was looking for. The food was insanely good, and the service was even better. Definitely looking forward to another meal from chef. Well done!!
