In this private chef experience, discover authentic dishes highlighting the regional ingredients and styles from northern and southern Italian cuisines. Chef Monica shares the stories behind each dish, reflecting the traditions, ingredients and history of the various regions. Explore what the Italians eat while enjoying traditional dishes, from hearty Trentino-Alto Adige jacket potatoes to rich ossobuco Milanese from Lombardia. For dessert, indulge in a chef’s favorite: A cold and creamy Calabrian ice cream truffle.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Absolutely amazing!! Chef Monica was able to customize a menu that fit exactly what I was looking for. The food was insanely good, and the service was even better. Definitely looking forward to another meal from chef. Well done!!

The meal was delicious but here are my suggestions on what I would have preferred: It would have been nice to have the entree items served together (risotto, rabe, potatoes, and osso bucco) instead of separate courses. This way guests are not getting too full before you actually got to the meat. She had prepared large portions especially of the risotto and Osso bucco, which was nice to put in the freezer. I would have liked to have more of a demonstration on making the risotto and even a better review of the recipe and pertinent food tips. The dessert was wonderful and I think was actually our favorite item of the meal. Overall, I would certainly do one of these again.
