During this private chef experience, Chef Billy brings the best of the boardwalk to you in a three-course surf and turf dinner menu, with multiple options for each course. Cater your dining experience to your own unique tastes by selecting from mouth watering choices for your starter dish and dessert. For the main course, enjoy pan-seared filet mignon with crab béarnaise sauce, steak au poivre served alongside wild mushrooms and jumbo diver scallops, spicy Cajun-style fettuccine Alfredo topped with steak and shrimp or lobster tail and chicken breast in a wine, lemon and butter sauce.
