Chef Mike has prepared a menu of fine Italian dishes inspired by the coastal regions of the country for this private chef experience. Begin with an antipasti platter filled with marinated vegetables and fresh dips. Then, dine on a rich dish of tender scallop risotto with truffle. For the main course, Chef Mike will prepare lamb and serve it with perfectly cooked broccoli rabe and cauliflower. Then for dessert, try espresso panna cotta with chocolate accents.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Since earning his degree in the culinary arts, Chef Mike has amassed 20 years of professional cooking experience. He has worked all over the country from California to Miami with celebrated chefs and in renowned restaurants before starting his own business. After decades in the industry from restaurants to private dining and catering, Chef Mike is excited to share his knowledge, creativity and love of cooking.
