WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

This quaint menu recalls the bistros, tiny cafe tables, and cobblestone streets of Paris.
Enjoy an elegant meal inspired by Parisian bistro cuisine and hand-prepared by professional Chef Charles. Begin with an endive and poached pear salad, a perfect complement of bitter greens with sweet fruit. Pan-roasted Brussels sprouts with a honey glaze adds a green vegetable touch to the meal, which centers on peppery steak au poivre paired with creamy and decadent potatoes Dauphinoise, a classic dish that has been a Parisian bistro mainstay for centuries. Chocolate pots de crème topped with Chantilly lace cream finishes off your elegant meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had a great time and can’t wait to book with Chef Charles again. Charles’s approach was very informative. We learned a lot about how to sear meat and cook on high heat; for example holding the pan at an angle away from you as you place the meat. Chef Charles made everything so easy and the food was the best. He is also a very interesting person and loved his stories as a chef. Can’t wait to work together again!

Food was a 10/10, great taste! Chef Charles was friendly and arrived on time. However, he did appear a bit sloppy. Wearing flip flops, a tee shirt, and a zip up hoodie, I was a bit nervous if we had the right person coming to cook us dinner. Overall, we liked the food, just a lack of professionalism.
