In this private chef experience, Chef Jalisa highlights regional, plant-forward ingredients such as fresh produce, hearty grains, fragrant herbs and rich olive oil. Begin with a bright blistered tomato and herbed feta appetizer followed by a zesty lemon chickpea couscous salad with grilled shrimp and spiced vegetables. For the main course, enjoy Crete chicken with tzatziki and Kalamata olive farro. Finish the meal with a twist on classic pistachio baklava made with apricot and clementine compote.
