From brandied pâté to seared rabbit, this forest-inspired menu is both elegant and exciting.

Let Chef Cat treat you to a creative and stunning dinner of forest-inspired fare in this private chef experience. Your meal begins with your choice of brandied pâté or grilled quail legs, followed by creamy leek soup and a refreshing salad of wild greens with a Dijon vinaigrette. For the main course, choose between Chef Cat's seared rabbit in bourbon-infused mushrooms or seared venison glazed with a port reduction. For dessert, indulge in a decadent gâteau noir à la mode.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Cat was an absolute delight and provided an incredibly enjoyable experience. Our group had the opportunity to delve into the rich world of Greek cuisine and culinary trivia, which was both enlightening and entertaining. The food prepared by Chef Cat surpassed all expectations (the chocolate pecan cake—10/10!). The entire evening was a genuine pleasure, and we truly relished every moment of it.

My wife and I were visiting Houston for our 21st anniversary and she has a food allergy (soybean oil). There aren't many restaurants that can accommodate her. I wasn't sure how this would work in a small air b&b downtown, but Chef Cat made it was amazing. The food, the experience, and the chef were all great. I will be doing this again.
