Get a taste of Thai fare with a healthy twist in this private chef experience with Chef Gabriel. First, you'll have vegetarian wontons with hummus, herbs and carrots, followed by Thai coconut soup with a bit of spice from Thai curry paste. For the entrée, you'll enjoy a Thai basil dish featuring your choice of turkey, beef or a plant-based meat. For dessert, try a fresh coconut lime tart with fresh fruit and Greek yogurt.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
