In this private chef experience, you'll enjoy several healthy dishes packed with fresh vegetables and fragrant seasonings handcrafted by Chef Gabriel. Begin with perfectly roasted beets, and Thai coconut soup with shrimp. For the main dish, enjoy Thai basil ground turkey with seasonings like honey and Sriracha and fresh herbs. Then for dessert, feast on roasted pears and figs with honey and Greek yogurt.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Gabriel is great! He is truly passionate about his cooking and we love that he has lots of variety with his menus. He shared a lot of helpful tips and techniques with us and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend booking Chef Gabriel as a private chef and also taking his classes if you are in the NYC area!
