She'll merge the best of Spanish and Caribbean flavors, featurning an artisan salad, an oxtail quesadilla served with spiced guacamole and fresh salsa and tangy mango chicken with cilantro rice and grilled asparagus on the side. At the end, your heart will sing for the luscious tres leches cake with orange-caramel glaze for dessert.

Chef Kamilah began her culinary journey cooking with her mother, who is of Jamaican descent. This heritage infuses Kamilah’s cooking with love, and she believes that when you cook with love, it can be tasted. After cooking on the side for many years, she decided to earn a professional culinary degree to hone her skills. She now works in catering and teaches small cooking classes, and enjoys sharing her joy of cooking with others.
