Enjoy upscale dishes expertly prepared by Chef Gilles in this fresh and fun private chef experience. Begin with ceviche of fresh white fish with beef carpaccio, creamy avocado slices and tangy red onion. Next, try the fresh and hearty salad of beets, red shrimp, and crispy bacon tossed in a honey-citrus vinaigrette. For the main course, Chef Gilles will serve a perfectly prepared half of a lobster tail, beef tenderloin and vegetables, like mini roasted potatoes, asparagus and portobello mushrooms. For dessert, experience a fantastic, raspberry-stuffed tiramisu.
