Chef Gilles, having trained with Michelin-starred chefs in France, is bringing elegant French cooking to you in this private chef experience. Enjoy the flavors of the season prepared with skill as you dine on delicious French dishes. First, enjoy both creative and classic mini quiches, like Lorraine, salmon and chicken curry. Next, feast on a tender rack of lamb cooked in fragrant herbs and served with creamy potatoes au gratin. Then for dessert, enjoy a sweet and syrupy tarte tatin topped with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
