Guests in this private chef experience are invited to enjoy vibrant dishes traditionally served at a Hawaiian luau. This island-inspired feast features regional ingredients and preparations, including a punchy lomi lomi salmon, savory chicken long rice and hearty lau lau with salted butterfish and white rice. Quintessential dishes such as Hawaiian macaroni salad, sweet haupia, poi and rich kalua pork are also on the menu for this showcase of Hawaiian cuisine.
