Join Chef Bradley for his Hawaiian take on a laid-back brunch.
In this private chef experience, enjoy a sweet and savory brunch infused with the vibrant flavors of Hawaiian cuisine. Begin with apple banana cakes drizzled with coconut crème anglaise and featuring the unique manzano banana. Next up: A plate of hearty Spam fried rice, followed by your choice of Hawaiian-style eggs Benedict or Moco-style dish with chicken katsu, mahi fish or made vegetarian. Finish the meal with a bright island fruit salad.

Meet your chef
Chef Bradley’s passion for cooking began at the age of 7 when he would help his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. After beginning his career as a restaurant entrepreneur years later, he completed a culinary program and went on to work with amazing chefs in exciting settings. Now a boutique private chef and caterer, he is excited to share his years of culinary experience through cooking classes and private chef experiences.
