In this private chef experience, Chef Bradley presents a taste of Hawaii with a selection of small bites featuring a unique blend of island flavors. From bright octopus-based poké and classic Spam musubi to ahi tuna tostadas and crispy coconut shrimp, the chef highlights beloved Hawaiian dishes with fresh ingredients and professional techniques. Guests may customize part of their meal by selecting from the chef’s specially-curated dishes and desserts.

Chef Bradley’s passion for cooking began at the age of 7 when he would help his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. After beginning his career as a restaurant entrepreneur years later, he completed a culinary program and went on to work with amazing chefs in exciting settings. Now a boutique private chef and caterer, he is excited to share his years of culinary experience through cooking classes and private chef experiences.
