In this private chef experience, Chef Teresa will leave meat behind, but she will not come up short on incredible flavors! Begin your night with a crisp arugula salad topped with vegan Parmesan, followed by from-scratch pasta in fresh pesto sauce. Next, savor cauliflower cutlets atop a hearty polenta. For dessert, delight in the rich flavors of a tangy-sweet "ricotta" cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

For the past eight years, she has worked as a personal chef specializing in this niche, and she is also able to incorporate fish and poultry into her menus. Having worked with diabetics and celiac patients in the past, Chef Teresa is well-versed in specialty diets.
