In this private chef experience, Chef Kamal blends classic French culinary techniques with bold, modern flavor profiles. Begin the meal balancing sweet with savory starting with beef tenderloin on toast with fig compote, and roasted pear salad with soft camembert cheese. Next, enjoy succulent pan-seared salmon in a bright lemon caper sauce with roasted fingerling potatoes and corn succotash with a creamy blueberry panna cotta for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
