Chef Taylor is putting a fresh spin on classic vegetarian favorites in this modern private chef experience. You'll indulge in barbecued carrots immersed in a medley of sweet and savory flavors, including burnt honey vinegar. Melon carpaccio with winter greens paves the way for the masa gnocchi entrée made with sweet potatoes and served with wild mushrooms in a garlic sauce. For dessert, enjoy spiced persimmon ice cream with a bourbon Chantilly cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
