Social Distancing Friendly Enjoy a classic menu of beloved brunch dishes without the weekend wait.
Chef Alex is ready to prepare a delicious brunch for you and your guests packed with classic dishes as well as a couple of modern favorites. Begin your brunch with warm homemade pop tarts filled with fruit preserve and a refreshing yogurt parfait with granola, honey, and fresh fruit. Then enjoy the show-stopping chicken and waffles that are the perfect combination of salty and sweet. On the side, you'll be served eggs cooked to your taste with roasted potatoes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Alex created such a memorable experience for our holiday girls’ night in! Our meal was delicious, well-paced + so beautifully plated. Alex brings his passion for life to the food that he cooks. The Basil Pasta Pesto was delicious and fresh. The steak cooked perfectly. And to close the deal, there is no better combination than chocolate and hazelnut. Knock out.

Chef Alex has logged over 20 years in restaurant kitchens and he knows the ropes. He started on the line and worked his way up to executive chef, and now Chef Alex is ready to share some of his kitchen wisdom and culinary techniques with others. His area of expertise is fine dining and he has opened several high-end establishments across the country.
