Private Chef - Authentic Indochina Cuisine
Join Chef Sara as she introduces you to three courses that beautifully showcase ingredients and recipes that hail from an area known as Indochina in Southeast Asia. In this private chef experience, you'll begin with traditional chicken wontons, then enjoy a spicy, deep-fried favorite known as chicken 65 that's served with coconut rice. Finally, Chef Sara will prepare an exotic sweet carrot pudding made with milk, sugar and spices for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
