During this private chef experience, Chef Alejandro will prepare for you a gourmet five-course sushi spread featuring a bounty of high-quality ingredients and classic recipes. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying during this surprise dining experience include marinated salmon sashimi, butter crab maki sushi rolls, spicy tuna hand rolls and mango or strawberry mochi ice cream for dessert! From the meal to the mood, Chef Alejandro will set you up with the ultimate gourmet dinner experience to surprise your loved one. (You could even take all the credit, if you want!)

Chef Alejandro is a sushi itamae bringing more than a decade of professional culinary experience to the table. Chef Alejandro first learned the Japanese art of sushi making in Venezuela. Fascinated by this multidisciplinary craft, he went on to study sushi making in three more countries before settling in the U.S. Today, Chef Alejandro can be found teaching sushi-making classes and hosting private events.
