During this private chef experience, Chef Harold will prepare for you an authentic four-course Japanese menu featuring some of the county's most beloved dishes, ingredients and flavor profiles. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying during this experience include Chef Harold's famous beef teriyaki appetizer, Japanese-style dumplings with your choice of filling, shoyu ramen featuring handmade noodles, and sweet green tea mochi for dessert.

Chef Harold worked with me to create a dumpling class for my boyfriend and I and he made it so fun! It was hands on but we also got to watch Chef and relax and drink some wine, too. He also had us covered when it came to photos which he sent us after and was a nice memo. Next time, we'll have to book him for sushi - his speciality! Chef is very talented and it was a pleasure to work with him.
