Enjoy a gourmet combination of handmade dumplings and authentic Japanese ramen during this culinary experience.

During this private chef experience, Chef Harold will prepare for you an authentic four-course Japanese menu featuring some of the country's most beloved dishes, ingredients and flavor profiles. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying during this experience include Chef Harold's famous beef teriyaki appetizer, Japanese-style dumplings with your choice of filling, shoyu ramen featuring handmade noodles, and sweet green tea mochi for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Delicious ramen and dumplings prepared before us with explanations on his mastery and interesting discussions about cooking in Boston at the prestigious kitchens where he worked.
