Private Chef - Sushi and Ramen
During this private chef experience, Chef Harold will prepare you an authentic four-course Japanese menu featuring two of the country's most beloved dishes: Sushi and ramen. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying during this experience include an assortment of nigiri sushi featuring a variety of fresh seafood, tuna tartare sushi tacos, shoyu tonkotsu ramen and a delightfully chewy mochi filled with sweet red bean paste for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Assorted Nigiri Sushi
With tuna, salmon, shrimp, BBQ eel and tobiko
With tempura nori, tuna tartare, tobiko and avocado salsa
Shoyu Tonkotsu Soup-Based Ramen
With seaweed, egg, naruto fish cake, shiitake, spinach and roasted pork
