Allow Chef Justin to transport you to Israel over three courses of authentic cuisine.
In this private chef experience, you'll enjoy a menu of Israeli dishes that were some of Chef Justin's favorite while growing up. Begin with a Mediterranean herb salad with cucumber and radishes. For the main course, Chef Justin will prepare perfectly breaded schnitzel served with mushroom and onion pearl couscous. And for dessert, enjoy rugelach, an Israeli pastry made of dough rolled into a crescent around chocolate.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The class with Chef Justin was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. Chef Justin opened up his beautiful home to teach us to make a delicious salad and salmon. Also for dessert some scrumptious home made chocolate chip cookies. We will definitely be booking more classes with him.

OMG!.....we had the absolute best time with Justin. He's uber personable, exceptionally responsive to any and all our varied idiosyncrasies, funny and a consummate professional. not only did we learn a lot of cooking tips, the food was phenomenal. We signed up for a couples cooking class with Chef Justin on 3/6. Our experience with Chef Justin was great and the food was amazing! We had a great time and would absolutely register for another class and recommend Chef Justin 100%. Not only did Chef Justin teach us some cool tricks when preparing our meal, he was also loads of fun. Thanks Chef Justin for your hospitality. Looking forward to our next experience.

Chef Justin knows that hard work pays off! After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, he heard the kitchen calling his name loud and clear. Chef Justin has worked his way up the culinary ladder, beginning his foray into the cooking world as a prep cook and earning his way to sous chef. He is eager and ready to share his incredible knowledge and passion for cooking with you!
