An exciting array of flavors and textures awaits in this celebration of Japanese cuisine.

Let Chef Christian treat you to a dazzling sushi feast in this private chef experience. The menu you'll enjoy includes kani su made with cucumber, avocado and sweet sushi vinegar, and a crispy California roll with surimi, avocado and cucumber, plus crispy onions and spicy mayonnaise, if you choose. Then, add your choice of salmon or barbecued eel to a don bowl made with sushi rice, avocado and sesame seeds.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had a group of 4 attend the impressive sushi class with chef Chris. Everything was nicely prepped for us when we arrived. It was a great hands on experience and teaching throughout the class. We will definitely love to take the tempura class when we are back in Florida. Thanks for a fun family day!

Absolutely recommended! Chef Christian is so warm and welcoming and really loves his craft. He showed us a great time, with delicious food and an experience we won’t forget! 10 out of 10 would and will try again!

We were looking for something fun to do together as a team, and this could not have been more fun. Chef Christian was equal parts knowledgeable and amiable, making for an awesome evening of learning how to make sushi. His approach was excellent in that he did demonstrations and told us what we needed and kept a watchful eye over the group while we were making our rolls. His kind and outgoing demeanor was a pleasure, and his skill in the kitchen made this an experience we'd like to do again! I highly recommend Chef Christian's classes if you're looking to have some fun and try something that you don't do everyday. He and his team were excellent!

What a great chef to get all those Japanese tips with style! I say this because chef Christian is very detailed oriented and watching him showed me all the tiny things to have in mind when preparing these specialty dishes. He is a great chef but mostly an artist when putting all the ingredients together. I highly recomend his classes to anyone who cannot afford the trip to Japan.
