Discover the vibrant flavors of Peruvian cooking prepared by Chef Vivian and Michi.

In this private chef experience, you'll explore incredible cuisine from Chef Vivian's native country of Peru. This four-course dinner begins with snapper ceviche immersed in lime juices and spices followed by Chef Vivian's one-of-a-kind solterito salad with white corn, onion and black olives. Then, indulge in a hearty and classic beef stew with quinoa tacu tacu, and finish with a luscious Peruvian dessert: Suspiro a la limeña.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed the creative and whimsical menu of Studio Ghibli inspired dishes, expertly crafted by Chef Vivian. If you are seeking a delightful and imaginative experience, or a unique date idea for couples, this offering comes highly recommended. Chef Vivian and Michi graciously welcomed us into their home, where we had the pleasure of engaging in the art of cooking. They are both wonderful individuals and exceptional instructors. We had a truly enjoyable time sharing and learning about culinary arts and cultural interests that we mutually appreciate. It was particularly pleasing that we prepared a four-course meal and were able to take home any uneaten portions. Additionally, a digital recipe list for each dish was provided. This class offers a relaxing, highly entertaining atmosphere, and the discussions were very engaging. We wholeheartedly recommend this class and eagerly anticipate participating in more classes with Chef Vivian and Michi in the future. ありがとうございます。

We participated in The Bear themed cooking class. Chef Vivian & Michi welcomed us into their home, were very friendly, easy going and great teachers. Their cultural backgrounds made for great conversation and the meal was so full of flavor. We would absolutely participate in a future class with these chefs

We completed the ramen noodle class out was great. The broth was awesome and we had enough for leftovers the next day. We have already signed up for another class.
