Private Chef - Modern Southeast Asian Fare
During this private chef experience, Chef Greg will prepare for you a three-course Southeast Asian-inspired menu featuring bold flavor profiles and modern twists. You will begin with a refreshing green papaya salad featuring lime and toasted peanuts. A hearty beef brisket served pho-style will follow, with black soy sauce and spring onions warmly seasoned with ginger, coriander, and star anise. Lastly, you'll end with a cool ginger-lime panna cotta with mango.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
