Take a trip to Thailand without leaving home in this private dinner prepared by Chef Taylor. Begin with crispy vegetable spring rolls served with a sweet chili sauce, followed by tom kha gai, a soup made with chicken, coconut and lemongrass. Your final course will be another classic: Shrimp pad Thai with eggs, peanuts and plenty of vegetables.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
