Private Chef - Southwestern Vegan Fare
Chef Dominique will prepare for you four-course Southwestern vegan menu filled with plant-based ingredients and bright, bold, Mexican-inspired recipes during this private chef experience. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include tortilla soup with freshly made pico de gallo, a black bean quinoa salad with homemade cilantro lime dressing, your choice of chickpea mole or jackfruit tacos, and guava empanadas for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
