Private Chef - Gourmet Classic Belgian
During this private chef experience, Chef Ivan will prepare for you a decadent three-course Belgian feast using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Belgian recipes. Begin with a gourmet heirloom tomato carpaccio appetizer with aged ricotta and truffle oil followed by a Flemish stew of slow braised short ribs in a caramelized onion compote and dark Belgian beer, and molten chocolate cake with homemade vanilla gelato for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
