Private Chef - Surf and Turf Three Ways
This private chef experience with Chef Kareem begins with surf and turf grilled kebab skewers with seasonal vegetables followed by a family style grilled nacho skillet topped with charred flank steak and shrimp, pico de gallo and avocado crema. Next, sink your fork into grilled prime ribeye and seared scallops over creamy mashed potatoes and green beans, and end with crème brulée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
