Private Chef - Southern Brunch
Enjoy a three-course brunch menu featuring Southern flavors with an upscale twist. Begin with classic eggs Benedict and your choice of toppings: a jalapeño hollandaise with spiced ham, or hickory-smoked salmon, hollandaise and crispy onions. Next, enjoy fried chicken and a roasted corn waffle topped with sweet homemade syrup or jam, followed by coconut bread pudding with fruit sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
