Private Chef - Classic Surf and Turf
This four-course private chef experience with Chef Chris spotlights fare from the land and the sea. Some of the dishes you can look forward to include baked phyllo shells filled with herbed eggs, ham and asparagus on a bed of arugula, marinated lamb chops and prawns with whipped potatoes and bacon-wrapped asparagus or basmati rice, roasted sweet potatoes and green beans on the side. For dessert, enjoy scrumptious apple cheesecake tarts with cinnamon sugar and whipped cream.
