Private Chef - A Farm to Table Feast
This private chef experience with Chef Sharon will focus on a farm-to-table culinary experience. Begin with heirloom tomatoes and goat cheese drizzled with chili-green herb dressing, followed by free-range chicken liver mousse with seasonal berry confit. Next, savor octopus linguini dressed with creamy carbonara sauce and studded with sweet peas and salty pork fat rinds. Finish with a dessert of passion fruit pie and crispy meringue.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
