During this private chef experience, Chef Alex will prepare a gourmet four-course surf and turf menu using ingredients that are kitchen staples in the Deep South. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include fried green tomatoes, seared scallops with succotash and fried tasso ham, a maple-bourbon praline trifle, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
We had a large group of 13 ladies and everyone was extremely pleased. Chef Alex was very flexible and accommodating. He was able to adapt the menu for our vegetarian friends which was much appreciated. Our meal was delicious. I highly recommend chef Alex! If I return to the Orlando area, I would definitely use chef Alex again.

We weren't sure what to expect since we had never done anything like this before but we had a great experience with Chef Alex! We loved watching and talking with Chef Alex while he walked us through step by step our menu. We got to chop and stir and taste!!...and then when we finally got to eat...the food was absolutely AMAZING!!! It would recommend this experience to anyone who likes to eat!!

Chef Alexander was fantastic!. He did a great job explaining his process in full detail throughout every dish, and his presentations were amazing. Everything he made tasted great, including one of the best pumpkin soups I think I have had in my life. There was no pressure, the chef was very laid back, and I had an awesome time. I feel lucky to have learned from one of the greats (as well as taste everything he cooked!). Thanks Chef Alexander, A+++!
After graduating from Johnson Wales University, Chef Alex carved a niche as a skilled and compassionate teacher, working in both corporate and hotel environments. He has also held the position of executive chef at several restaurants, including the Westgate Lakes Hotel. These days, Chef Alex makes use of his keen eye for fresh produce to source and deliver high-quality local ingredients to area chefs and families.
