In this private chef experience, your senses will be overjoyed as you take in the aromas and flavors fresh from the garden and the salty sea. In a delicate balance, you will enjoy high-quality produce and local seafood together, including octopus, corn and sweet potato succotash, sea bass with root vegetables, avocado and kale with lumpfish roe, and a strawberry millefoglie for dessert.

We had a great time at the Pizza Fundamentals class! Chef Antonio was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were very interested in learning how to make pizza dough at home and he gave us great tips and advice. It was so fun learning the techniques of how to correctly fold, shape, and toss the dough and tasting our pizzas once they cooked. We would absolutely come back to do another class with Chef Antonio!

We took this class as a couple and had an amazing time! Chef Antonio provides an authentic experience while keeping class manageable and fun! The food he prepared for us as we cooked was fantastic and the BYOB option kept things relaxed! His kitchen was cozy and clean and he provided clear instructions for us to follow for low experienced cooks like myself. Highly recommend this class for any date night or a friendly get-together!
